What's driving Euro higher

In this video I take a look at the what has been driving the Euro up to its current level just under 1.2000.

CoT data is a fantastic trading tool when it is understood and used correctly. Looking at a CoT index or Net positions will never tell you the full story so if you are going to use CoT data in your trading please always look at the full picture.

We show how the sell side of the market pulled out and handed control to the buy side which is the reason the Euro has been propelled to today's prices.

Speculators in Financail Markets

In this section we take a look at the behavior of non-commercial or speculative traders, and try to understand how they operate in the market, in terms of how they will typically be positioned, either long or short.

Typical behavior will see non-commercials buying up trends and selling down trends. An understanding of this behavior is required before we can look at CoT data in detail to make trading decisions.
