Chicago Wheat (SRW)

Wheat is a cereal grain, originally from the Levant region of what is known today as the Middle east, but now cultivated worldwide. In 2013, world production of wheat was 713 million tons, making it the third most-produced cereal after maize (corn) and rice. SRW (Soft Red Winter) wheat is a low-protein wheat used for cakes, pie crusts, biscuits, and muffins. Cake flour, pastry flour, and some self-rising flours with baking powder and salt added, for example, are made from soft red winter wheat.

Soybean Meal refers to a by product of soybeans obtained by grinding the flakes left over from the removal of the oil contained in soybeans with a solvent. Rough Rice
