Trial Period: Any free access period offered by us.
 

2. Licence & Acceptable Use


You may view and print Website material for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  3. attempt to impair or breach Website security;
  4. use the Website unlawfully.

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access.
 

8. Cancellation & Refunds (UK Consumer Rights Included)


Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your account.

Monthly Subscriptions:
 
  • May be cancelled at any time.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing month.
  • No refunds for unused periods.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual Subscribers may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation:
 
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period, unless a refund is requested via email to info@marketsmadeclear.com.
  • You will receive a pro-rated refund for each full unused month remaining in the annual term.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cooling-Off Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

When purchasing a Subscription Service, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cooling-off right ends once access begins.
We therefore do not provide a cooling-off refund once you start using the Subscription Service.

This does not affect your right to cancel monthly or annual plans as outlined above.
 

9. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached, where unlawful activity is suspected, or where necessary for security or compliance.

You must not attempt to bypass such measures.
 

10. Third-Party Links


The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not endorse or control these and are not responsible for their content or your use of them.
 

11. Intellectual Property & Trademarks


MarketsMadeClear.com and our logo are trademarks of Interactive Trading Group Ltd.
No rights are granted to use our trademarks without permission.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in force.
These Terms do not give rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website.
